How to Claim Warranty?

1. Send us an email along with the Original part and invoice picture to open a ticket for submission of your faulty part.
2. Send us complete information about the fault
3. Send us a video or picture via (WhatsApp) about the fault of the product.
4. Once your submission is approved by our warranty staff (See Warranty terms) put the product in the original box with all accessories and invoice and pack it properly so that it could not be damaged during transit.
5. Send the packed box to provided address via TCS / M&P
6. Once it arrived at our warranty staff and diagnosed you will be notified and an RMA number will be generated.
7. Warranty may take 15-28 working days to process part.
8. After the processing part will be sent to your address.

This procedure applies to the customer outside Karachi, Costumers within Karachi can personally visit our store.
